Hello, my name is Darius Barnes.  Until a few years ago, I was under the impression that America was the land of the free.  Now I am just one more of a growing number of people who recognize evidence of an infiltration of our government and big business which has led to many of the atrocities currently being committed. 

I no longer worry about being called a conspiracy theorist as it is no longer a theory.  Leading minds are now coming forward in droves to file complaints of treason, murder, crimes against humanity, war crimes and a whole host of others.  The evidence, and in some cases clear proof, is overwhelming that an outright attack on the sovereignty of our country is upon us.  The only possible defense is to convince a substantial portion of the population and for "we the people" to rise up and take this country back by force.  The bottom line is that these subtle encroachments will continue unless Americans refuse to allow it.  

The goal of (the real terrorists) is to accomplish a one world government and get every person on planet earth implanted with an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification).  Many events including 911 were perpetrated to this end.  This website will attempt to help you understand some of those activities and summarize by offering a radical but useful solution.

I will start by quoting from the Declaration of Independence. 

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed,

That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness."

It is well pass time for the people to ALTER AND ABOLISH this corrupt government, but most Americans are not sufficiently aware of the atrocities that are going on.  This is largely because much of these activities are filtered out of the media.  The rights of the people are being skillfully removed by what appears to be due process.  Anytime the media is being suppressed you can be certain that the laws of the land are not being honored and someone doesn't want you to know it.  

The Judicial branch of our government has opted out of the checks and balances system and is now "self accountable".  Self accountability was not part of the original plan for the American government and it certainly is not an appropriate way to attend to matters that affect the entire nation.  Much of what should be under strict Congressional scrutiny goes unchecked and may never be disclosed to the American public.  The government is supposed to operate in a manner that discloses its activities to the American public for proper feedback.  Self accountability is just a method of doing anything that pleases you and getting away with it.  However when you're spending taxpayer money someone is likely to make a web page with your activities listed on it.

There is currently an aggressive attack on the Constitutional rights of the American citizen.  Careful manipulation of the media along with a host of well coreographed distractions have been successful in silencing our voice. The following accounts are willful acts of treason that did not make the evening news and because of deliberate acts of deception now have a legitimate spot on the federal books of the United States of America.                  

THE NORTH AMERICAN AGREEMENT

In March of 2005, President Bush met with Mexican President Vicente Fox, and Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin in Waco Texas. Here they signed the North American Treaty which dissolves the boundaries between Mexico, Canada and the United States. Under this agreement U. S. sovereignty will be turned over to a new economic and political entity called the North American Union. This act of treason was brought about secretly behind the backs of the American public without Congressional review and is scheduled for implementation by 2010.

In signing this agreement, George Bush compromised the sovereignty of the United States of America.  In order for the President to enter any agreement he must obtain a two thirds vote from Congress.  He did not submit this item for Congressional review and now billions of our tax dollars are being spent on a program that will soon take down the American flag.

Our soldiers are risking life and limb in Iraq and Afghanistan to defend the American flag and George Bush is safe and sound here at home selling them out.  Because of media suppression most Americans are still not aware that anything has happened.   For detailed information on this item, please refer to the hyper link above entitled (North American Treaty).

THE REAL ID ACT

The Real ID Act was initially rejected by Congress and then slipped onto a must pass bill designed to aid the soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan by James F. Sensenbrenner.  Real ID is essentially an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) which will be embedded in your driver’s license in the near future.  At some point this RFID will be implanted in the users arm.  It may take the form of an IMI (Intelligent Manned Interface) which is one of several types of biochip.

The biochip is not currently emphasized by the Department of Homeland Security because making this known to the public would make it more difficult to get it implemented.  Requiring an RFID to be carried on the person is actually a breach of privacy laws.  The proponents of Real ID do not seem to be worried about this breach and certainly do not want you worrying about it either.  That’s why it has been carefully kept out of the media.

If you do not know about Real ID, Congress will not hear you complaining about it.  Suppressing the media is very convenient if you are trying to promote a program that will undermine the Constitutional rights of the American citizens.  If Americans were aware that millions of dollars are being spent to issue RFID implants to every single American, there would be quite an uproar.

Every single year millions of our tax dollars are being spent to implement Real ID even though it is illegal, and most Americans are kept distracted by things like high gas prices to notice it.  The Department of Homeland Security has warned state governments that they will face penalties if they do not comply.  The Department of Homeland Security has only been around since 2002 and already they are the greatest threat to civil liberties that we face.  Who is the real terrorist?

If the Department of Homeland Security can successfully get all fifty states involved in Real ID they will initiate the next phase.  The next phase will require you to have an RFID in order to maintain a bank account.  Companies will not be permitted to hire anyone without this ID.  At some point an RFID implanted in the user’s skin will be required instead of the initial one carried in the wallet.

If this sounds too gruesome to be true you might ask yourself why all businesses are now becoming compliant to this program.  Since the early seventies all businesses have been fitted with hardware necessary to drive this system.  All items for sale now bear the barcodes and all mainstream retailers now employ barcode readers.  As far as business owners know, these barcodes are just an efficient way to keep inventory.  When Real ID is completely implemented, an RFID, (probably the IMI) will be required to make purchases.  If you have no RFID, you will not be shopping.  In fact, without an RFID you will not be working in those facilities.

The Privacy Act of 1974 specifically prohibited the creation of a National ID.  The Real ID Act will create a de facto National ID and will also place an unbearable burden on any citizen choosing not to carry one.  Our rights are not negotiable!!  They have already been paid for in blood.  Benjamin Franklin warned us that “anyone trading their liberties for security would have neither”.

EPIC (Electronic Privacy Information Center) has warned that Real ID will dramatically decrease our security.  We must get Real ID quickly repealed at the federal level.  Billions of dollars have already been spent on this deadly structure and most Americans have not even heard of it yet.  If Real ID is permitted to remain on the federal books, it will end up in every state.  Millions of American citizens will lose their livelihoods and Americas civil rights will be a thing of the past.

For those of you holding political office or working in law enforcement I would like to extend a special heads up.  One of the Department of Homeland Security’s first requirements is that anyone without this ID will not be permitted inside a federal building.  That means unless you are planning to sport one of these IMI chips around in your arm, you might lose your post to someone who will.  Federal workers and cops will be the first ones affected by this program.  Restricting non-compliants from federal buildings will also mean that all non-compliants will have no representation working in government.  Does this scenario sound familiar?  Refusing to carry an RFID is an exercise of ones right to privacy, not an abuse of ones driving privileges.

My last point on Real ID is very important.  Please read this carefully.  The Real ID program
is designed to work only if every single person is compliant.  Let me say it again!!!  Real ID  will only work if every single person is compliant.  Is it not logical that since millions of dollars are being spent to further this program every single day that a mandate is implied?  That means that the proponents of this program are clearly planning to force your compliance.

Compliance to Real ID would be disrespectful to the countless soldiers who have given their lives serving our country.  It is an absolute defiance of all that we have worked for.  Anyone promoting or complying to Real ID has committed treason and has no right working in government.

You can help get Real ID off the federal books by urging your representatives to support the Baucus-Tester and the Grassley-Baucus amendments to the current immigration bill making its way through the Senate.  This will strip all REAL ID provisions from the bill.

QUESTIONS WE SHOULD BE ASKING OUR ELECTED OFFICIALS

1) Why are American citizens not being informed about very serious issues like The Real ID Act and the North American Agreement?

2) How will millions of American citizens who choose to remain free of Real ID be able to maintain their driver's license, operate their businesses, enroll for classes, get medical care, travel, or carry out routine daily activities?

3) Why does the American government permit the illegal operation of the Federal Reserve?
